Spring is in the Air!

Yes! Spring is finally in the air. With Easter around the corner I decided to make a mini album for a friend of mine. These make great gifts for family and especially grandparents. 

Here are some of the K & Co. products I used which were generously donated by EK Success.

There are pockets at each end of the mini album to tuck away some more pictures or journaling cards. On the large chipboard stickers I dusted the backs with some baby powder then adhered 3D foam squares along the edge of the chipboard so a photo could still be tucked behind it.

Here is the cover of the mini album-perhaps it would look cute with some ribbon tied around it to keep it closed.

Tis' the Season and a Giveaway!

Tis' the season for giving so I have decided to have another giveaway! 

I made this adorable chipboard album to celebrate. This mini album is made from a fun chipboard tag shape and measures 6.25" x 4.25". The perfect size to showcase those special traditions and family photos. Some of the pages have little envelopes that house hidden tags for your journaling.  I simply cut some K & Co. and MME papers to size and distressed all edges of the album. I used some fun embellishments from K & Co., Melissa Frances and Jolees. A binder ring with lots of ribbon holds it all together.

Boo-tiful Chipboard Album and Giveaway!

Halloween is right around the corner so I was inspired to create this Mini Chipboard Album which measures 5" x 7". Most of the products used on this project were generously donated by EK Success.
I started with a plain kraft chipboard album by K & Co. which served as my base. I simply covered the chipboard with fun patterned papers and some beautiful embellishments. The pattern papers were a combination of Martha Stewart, K & Co. and My Mind's Eye. I used Jolee's, Melissa Frances along with K & Co. stickers and embellishments. Using distress ink along the edges of the album, photo mats and embellishments helped give it a vintage feel.

I always keep a basket of mini albums on my coffee table and change them out every few months. Chipboard albums are wonderful for gift giving too.
