Start 2 Finish: Skull Card Video

Hey Everyone,

Anna here from St@mpAnna Designs.

With the Coolness in the air here in New Jersey it is feeling a little bit like fall.  Some are already seeing the change in leaves falling at their doorsteps or on their adventures outdoors.  That put me in the mood for Halloween.  I love this time of year.  :)  It always puts a smile on my face just thinking about it.

I don't know about you- but every single year I can't pass up a new Halloween stamp or two, or even 10. {SMILE}.  This year was no different.  When I seen this set at the store, it just fell into my hands to take home with me.  Well, to be honest with you, this was one of 4 stamp sets I bought this day.  :)  I tell you, this is a sickness I have.  lol

Today I have a video for you.  This video will show you from start to finish on how I created this card below.

Please be kind- as I haven't done to many videos.  :)  I am still learning on how to use the Windows Movie Maker.  I did fast forward though the coloring process after I got started.

Here are the supplies I used.  Thanks for stopping by!

Using the Rhonna App...

Some of us Crafting Journals Contributors are CAT team members for EK Success Brands. I was at AC Moore yesterday and saw a couple of the signage signs I did last Spring. Of course I had to take pictures and then I "had" to edit at least one of them with the Rhonna App. I hope you like it. Have a nice day! Vi Haverick

Rhonna App - Photo Editing

A quiet Saturday morning with a cup a coffee, the computer and my Iphone is a great way to start the weekend. As I shared yesterday on The Crafting Journals' Facebook page, I have been enjoying the Rhonna Farrer App. Adding filters, graphics and text to my photos has been so easy with this App. I paid for it a couple of months ago, but it was picked as an App of the week and is free this week. If you haven't downloaded it yet, then head on over to the App store and pick it up.

Here is one of the first photos I edited with the App and I am going to print it and use it in my Project Life book. Journaling is done. I will add a few other photos from the Fourth of July and call it a day.

The App has some simple tutorials that you can learn about filters, masking and other general uses of the application.   This is one of the photos I did last weekend.   I did it in the car on our way back to the hotel in Virginia.  It was a half hour ride and I was able to share it with my friend who was with us from my phone as soon as it was done.

Here is one of my favorites so far which captured one of the last days of Summer with my son and his friends at the park.   The boys had their first real Summer of independence.     My son had called for me to bring them waters and ice pops to the little league field.   As I waited in the car for them to finish their refreshments, I snapped this photo from the car.   I was happy to have something to commemorate this milestone of a Summer for these 11 year old boys.   I am sure when my son is older he will appreciate having this photo in his scrapbook.

If you have the App, then please share some of your projects on our Facebook page.   I would love to see what you have learned to do.  It is so much fun and easy!   :)

Now to finish my coffee...until next time....Vi Haverick

You make me HAPPY

Hey There Everyone!

Anna here from St@mpAnna Designs.  Hope you all are doing great on this beautiful Friday!  Weather here in Northern New Jersey is a nice 72 degrees.  Whats the weather like in your neighborhood?

Today I am sharing a project I made and I hope it makes you HAPPY.

This Cute tin has Hershey Nuggets inside. I wrapped each of the candies with pattern paper.  I created a belly band to go around the tin with pattern paper.  The tag was created with a WRMK Tag and I stamped the cute snail from Whipper Snapper Designs with Momento ink and colored with my copic markers.  With a fabric flower and a sentiment to finish it off.

Thanks for stopping by today and we will see you next time on the blog.
